Well, I changed jobs on Nov 1, 1999, after working at Globalcenter (A Global Crossing company, formerly 'Frontier Globalcenter', formerly 'Internet Systerm, Inc' (ISI.NET)) for nearly three years.
I then worked at a startup in the Bay Area called 'Loudcloud, Inc.' until October 5, 2001.
I was then employed at eBay, Inc. from January 2002 thru the end of September, 2004.
Starting October 1st, 2004, I was employed at Facebook. I was employee #4, and the first non-founding employee. This had been one of the most exciting rides, thus far :)
I left Facebook in November of 2009, and started working at Blizzard Entertainment.
I graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) ( Revelle College) in December, 1996 with a B.S. in Computer Science - I had started in the Fall of 1992.
Besides using computers, I enjoy playing (and watching) sports... Granted, I haven't had much physical activity for a bit - but I'll hopefully remedy that situation soon :). I enjoy soccer, basketball, baseball, and football mainly.
Music is another one of my pastimes. Currently it's mostly listening, but
I'm hoping to start playing my synthesizer again sometime soon. I actually
splurged and bought myself a good synth -- a Roland XP-30:

I listen to just about any type of music, but it tends to be mainly Rap/Dance, Trance, and Rock/Metal, with some 80's music mixed in there from time to time ;-). I've also played both the violin and trumpet in the past -- the way past, like in 4th-6th grade :)
If you like to listen to music on your computer, and have a decently fast connection (even 56k will do for some), check out www.live365.com where you can stream audio (mp3) all day long :-) If you are a Trance music freak, check out DigitallyImported Radio - they have an awesome trance stream, as well as a EuroDance stream.
I actually enjoy doing a variety of other things -- I just end up on my computer more often than not. I enjoy electronics - be it poking at the innards of my computer, or taking apart a stereo or TV. I used to play with my Radio Shack '200-in-1' (and other) kits all the time... dunno whatever happened to those, I probably gave them away :) I also like mechanical things - from small things, up to big things (like cars)... altho I haven't done much in this realm for quite some time... I use to also read books quite a bit more than I do now... gotta pick that up again, I think.
